Media

We require that all ads be submitted in digital form on a cd and must be accompanied by a full-size color proof. Ads
may also be received via email; however, this does not allow for a color proof. ALO will not be responsible for the quality of reproduction without a professional color proof. Ads outside specifications that require changes and special handling will be charged accordingly.

Software

We prefer a high resolution pdf with embedded images and fonts. Your ad can also be submitted as quark Xpress (highest version), Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop (cs3 highest version) or Indesign. Make sure that an 1/8” trim all around is included.

Images/Graphics

Please include all images and used postscript fonts in both screen and printer versions. Images must be in CYMK mode and saved as TIFF. we will also accept images in PDF or EPS format. We can convert your JPEG format images; however, color may vary. Photo images and graphics must be saved in high resolution of at least 300 dpi (dots per inch).
